Why a 3-month minimum?
Month one is mostly assessment and setup. Months two and three are where builds go live and the numbers move. After three months, every plan is month to month with 30 days' notice.
Should I pay by bank or card?
Either works. Bank transfer (ACH) is the simplest way to handle monthly billing. Your company's account is charged the same day each month.
Who actually does the work?
Kathryn Kerrigan leads every account. On Surge and Revolution, vetted engineering, data and security partners work under her direction and under NDA. UnKommon Revolution stays accountable for the result.
What isn't included?
Software licenses, AI usage fees and cloud hosting are billed to your own accounts so you own them. Work beyond your plan's build limit is quoted as a fixed-price add-on before it starts.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades take effect on your next billing date. Downgrades are available after the three-month minimum. You can also pause once a year for up to 30 days.
Who owns what you build?
You do, once it's paid for. We keep our general frameworks and templates so we can keep improving them for every client.
We're under $5M in revenue. Is there an option for us?
Book a 30-minute call with Kathryn. If a monthly plan doesn't make financial sense yet, we'll tell you.
We need an MSA, a PO or a security review.
That's our Enterprise division. See Enterprise programs.
