Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unkommonrevolution.com (the "Site"), operated by Kerriko LLC d/b/a UnKommon Revolution ("UR," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Purchases
Spark, Surge, Revolution and the AI Spark Audit are sold to businesses only. Every purchase is governed by our Client Services Agreement, which you must accept at checkout and which controls if it conflicts with these Terms. In summary, and without replacing the Client Services Agreement:
- Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- Plans have a three-month minimum term, then may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' written notice.
- Fees for a billing period that has started are non-refundable.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs.
Enterprise engagements are governed by a separately signed agreement.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. By purchasing a Plan, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method as described at checkout.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with its operation; scrape or copy content at scale; or submit false information. We may suspend access for any breach.
4. Information on the Site
Content on the Site, including articles, results and examples, is general information, not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. Client results described on the Site are specific to those engagements and are not a promise of similar results. We may change or remove content, Plans or prices at any time; changes do not affect Plans already purchased except as the Client Services Agreement allows.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the UnKommon Revolution name, belong to UR or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services such as Calendly, Stripe and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UR is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site (but not to purchased Services, which the Client Services Agreement governs) is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
9. Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
